Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing insurance claims, ensuring timely settlements, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your knack for detail and problem-solving skills will be key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and document all aspects of claims to ensure thoroughness.
  • Utilize claims management software for tracking and processing.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure policyholder satisfaction.
  • Assure the timely completion of claims as per company standards.
  • Analyze trends in claims to assist in policy revisions.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within the claims process.
  • Assist in formulating training programs based on common issues encountered.
  • Support the administration team with additional data entry as needed.
  • Engage in continuous skill development to enhance claim analysis skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing.
