Job Description

Join us as an IT Support Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and improving IT services for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and applications.
  • Assist users with configuration of devices and software settings.
  • Prepare systems for new employees including software installations.
  • Collaborate with IT team members in improving service delivery processes.
  • Participate in IT training sessions and workshops.
  • Handle user access requests and maintain user accounts.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment and systems.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies related to support services.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Additional certifications in IT support preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support or customer service role
