Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of clinical trials from startup to completion.
• Conduct regular monitoring visits to assess compliance and identify potential issues.
• Prepare and manage study budgets and timelines to ensure delivery within project constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication among all study stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Ensure proper training of site personnel to maintain quality and compliance.
• Identify and resolve issues related to trial execution and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Compile and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.
• Collaborate with data management teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Participate in the development of study protocols and informed consent forms.
• Assist in the preparation of clinical study reports for submission to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy is acceptable
• Postgraduate certification in Clinical Research is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trials or research settings
