Job Description

As a Hotel Events Coordinator, you will oversee the planning and execution of events within our hotel, ensuring all details are managed flawlessly. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional services, from conferences to weddings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage event budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
  • Lead event staff to ensure high service standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities.
  • Develop creative ideas for event themes and concepts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry with event coordination responsibilities
