We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, enhancing the shopping experience, and driving sales. You will engage with customers, assist them in product selection, and ensure a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with an emphasis on building long-term relationships.
• Handle cash and card transactions ensuring all processes comply with company policies.
• Aid in setting up promotional displays and events to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
• Collect customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Assist with training new employees on store policies and customer service standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Diploma in Sales or Marketing is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years experience in retail sales or customer service roles

Technical Skills

• POS Systems
• Inventory Management

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

• Knowledge of Retail Software: Familiarity with retail management software tools.
