Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker who will work directly with clients to promote social wellbeing. You will assess needs, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with local agencies to provide holistic support. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess community needs and develop services.
• Support clients in navigating social services and healthcare systems.
• Provide group therapy sessions and facilitate community programs.
• Implement evidence-based practices in client interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Conduct home visits and community assessments as needed.
• Remain updated on policies affecting social work practice.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client cases and share insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with vulnerable populations
