We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our production team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations management, with a keen focus on improving efficiency and productivity. You'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to establish trusting relationships and assess their needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in emergency situations.
• Document case notes and maintain confidentiality in compliance with relevant laws.
• Participate in community events to promote agency programs and services.
• Advocate for policy changes that benefit clients and the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work or Community Services is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in the social services field
