Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to build trust and rapport.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans and adjust as needed.
• Organize and lead support groups for various client populations.
• Advise clients on available support services and resources.
• Conduct program evaluations to assess community needs.
• Assist in grant writing and fundraising activities for community programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in community service or social work

• Registered Social Worker (R.S.W.)
