Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or relevant change management experience

Certifications

• Prosci Change Management Certification
• Certified HR Professional (CHRP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Intermediate
