Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Training and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be adept at designing and implementing training programmes that enhance employee capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics and data analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure cohesive training strategies.
  • Mentor and support other training staff in developing their skills and training delivery.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions and training providers.
  • Prepare and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Create a monthly training report highlighting engagement and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Education
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in training management
