Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques to promote healing.
• Evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Instruct patients on exercises and therapies they can perform at home.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient education sessions to empower individuals.
• Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives within the facility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy

• Rehabilitation modalities

Certifications

• South African Physiotherapy Association membership
• Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
