Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Non-Profit Manager to oversee operations and lead our initiatives in Cape Town. The successful candidate will implement programs that align with our mission and drive community engagement. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects meet their objectives and deliver positive outcomes for the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead community assessments to identify needs and gaps in services.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations to enhance program offerings.
• Facilitate training and support for staff and volunteers.
• Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements as necessary.
• Represent the organization at community meetings and events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field
• Master's degree in Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing non-profit organizations or community programs

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
