Job Description

As a Social Worker based in Cape Town, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored interventions. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for community service, with the opportunity to positively impact the lives of many.

Responsibilities

• Assess client situations and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Provide support services, including counseling and advocacy.
• Work in partnership with community organizations to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
• Actively participate in community education and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Additional certification in counseling or therapy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in therapeutic social work

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
