Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planner to join our Bloemfontein office. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients to develop bespoke financial plans aimed at achieving their financial goals. A strong understanding of both personal and corporate finance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement process from supplier selection to contract negotiation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Implement supply chain software solutions for improved visibility and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in supply chain operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of logistics and supply chain activities.
• Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Prepare reports for senior management on supply chain performance.
• Train and develop team members in supply chain best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in logistics and supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
• Forecasting and Demand Planning

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with supply chain software: Familiarity with software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of logistics regulations: Understanding of local and international logistics regulations and compliance.
