Job Description

Join our Cape Town team as a Quality Assurance Analyst! You’ll be responsible for implementing testing protocols and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive test documentation to ensure test cases are thorough.
• Work closely with product management and development to define requirements.
• Conduct performance testing to assess application behaviour under load.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to the QA strategy.
• Regularly review and enhance the testing process based on feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Automation Testing
• API Testing
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
• ISTQB Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD practices: Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and with tools like JIRA.
