Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion and Diversity Trainer to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that promote understanding and collaboration among diverse teams. You will work closely with HR to develop strategies that enhance workplace inclusivity across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Design inclusive training materials and workshops to foster diversity awareness.
  • Measure and report the outcomes of diversity programmes and training sessions.
  • Engage with different stakeholders to promote a culture of inclusiveness.
  • Plan and implement interventions aimed at enhancing workplace diversity.
  • Create a feedback loop to gather insights from participants and refine programs.
  • Ensure all trainings are accessible and tailored to meet the needs of diverse groups.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to enhance the organization’s presence in diversity initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to promote understanding and collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or related area is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development with a focus on inclusion
