• Educate patients about medications, procedures, and lifestyle modifications.
• Ensure adherence to best nursing practices and ethical standards.
• Work closely with case managers and social workers.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety practices.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed within the nursing department.
• Participate in patient rounds and case discussions to enhance care delivery.
• Engage with patients in a culturally sensitive manner.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is highly advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in various healthcare settings

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

• Experience with telehealth services: Practical knowledge and experience of providing care via telehealth platforms.
