Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator in Cape Town, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include staff management, regulatory compliance, and improving patient experiences through effective administration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks within the healthcare facility.
  • Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate schedules and staff allocation to optimize their strengths and enhance performance.
  • Maintain and update healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Ensure efficient communication between staff and departments.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the healthcare facility.
  • Implement patient care quality improvements and feedback mechanisms.
  • Liaise with medical professionals to meet patient care standards.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
  • Manage supplies and vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
