• Conduct salary surveys and manage compensation strategies.
• Assess and improve HR policies and procedures.

• Create a metrics-driven framework for HR reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a senior HR role
