Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Recruits SA Ltd., you will assist in the full recruitment cycle, handle employee inquiries, and implement HR programs that align with our company's objectives. Your contributions will help build an efficient workforce while promoting a healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and conduct exit interviews to improve retention strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR or related field
