Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies to improve workflow.

• Create and maintain documentation for engineering processes.
• Evaluate new tooling and equipment for production improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and feasibility studies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to operational staff.
• Monitor industry best practices and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial engineering role
