Mental Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Tester to join our team. The Mental Tester will be responsible for assessing and evaluating individuals' mental health and providing accurate diagnoses. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document patient interactions in compliance with ethical standards.
• Conduct group therapy sessions as needed.
• Support training initiatives for new staff on assessment techniques.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops related to mental health awareness and treatment methods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or similar is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with a focus on mental health assessments.
