Job Description

As a Financial Analyst in our Cape Town office, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive financial performance. This role involves preparing detailed reports, conducting market research, and supporting sound financial planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights and recommendations for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Identify financial risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Help coordinate the annual budgeting process with department heads.
• Analyze variances between actual financial results and projections.
• Support cross-department initiatives by providing financial expertise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or investment banking
