Responsibilities

• Participate in training and development sessions.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of service operations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
• Customer Service Training Certification preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Cash Register Systems
• Inventory Management Software

• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Sales Experience: Experience in upselling products and services is a plus.
• Event Coordination Experience: Experience in event planning or coordination will be beneficial.
