We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Kimberley. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to users, and maintaining our IT systems and networks. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff across various departments.
• Ensure IT infrastructure is maintained and updated.
• Assist in the development of IT support processes.
• Implement cyber security measures to protect data.
• Help manage vendor relationships for IT services.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies.
• Conduct audits on hardware and software compliance.
• Organize training for staff on new technologies.
• Review and optimize IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT qualification or degree
• Microsoft certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support role
