We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable Corporate Finance Analyst to become a vital part of our Durban office. You'll engage in key financial reporting and analysis tasks, assisting with corporate finance activities and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in managing the financial model for forecasting purposes.
• Conduct industry and competitor research.
• Prepare documentation for investor presentations.
• Work with the finance team to streamline processes.
• Monitor investment portfolios and financial results.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives.
• Examine financial trends to assess company performance.
• Draft internal reports and communicate findings to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• CA or CFA designation is a plus

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in finance roles
