Job Description

As a Portable Machine Sander, you will operate and maintain sanding machines, ensuring surfaces meet our high-quality standards. You will work diligently to produce flawless finishes and collaborate with the team to optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of sanding machines effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Collaborate with production to meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist in training team members on machine operation.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Participate in initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Assist with the documentation of process improvements.
• Report any defects or maintenance needs to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certification in Woodworking or related field preferred

Experience

• Experience in sanding and woodworking processes is preferred.
