Warehouse Manager

Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead our warehouse operations, manage team performance, and implement strategies to optimize inventory and materials handling. The right candidate will demonstrate excellence in logistics coordination and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
• Develop and maintain organized storage systems.
• Manage cycle counts and coordinate stock taking events.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with external vendors.
• Evaluate staffing needs and manage recruitment for warehouse roles.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, and operational issues.
• Implement best practices for warehouse organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
