Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a good fit within the team.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and address HR-related concerns.
  • Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities.
  • Compile employee performance evaluation data and provide reports to management.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
  • Implement initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
  • Support organizational change initiatives.
  • Participate in HR strategy sessions to align departmental goals with overall company strategy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
