Job Description

We are seeking an HRIS Specialist with a strong focus on Payroll Management to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR systems, ensuring payroll efficiency, and enhancing HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance HRIS and payroll functions to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage the payroll schedule and improve payroll processing timelines.
  • Perform regular audits on payroll data for accuracy.
  • Facilitate training sessions on HRIS and payroll management.
  • Help to create annual payroll budget and monitor payroll expenses.
  • Ensure staff records are current and accurate within HRIS.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during payroll reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR-related field
  • Professional Certification in HRIS is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in payroll and HRIS management
