We are seeking an HRIS Specialist with a strong focus on Payroll Management to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR systems, ensuring payroll efficiency, and enhancing HR processes.
Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance HRIS and payroll functions to ensure efficient operations.
Manage the payroll schedule and improve payroll processing timelines.
Perform regular audits on payroll data for accuracy.
Facilitate training sessions on HRIS and payroll management.
Help to create annual payroll budget and monitor payroll expenses.
Ensure staff records are current and accurate within HRIS.
Collaborate with external auditors during payroll reviews.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR-related field
Professional Certification in HRIS is a plus
Experience
4+ years of experience in payroll and HRIS management
