Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Diploma in Dental Assisting or related field

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a dental office

Technical Skills

• Dental software proficiency
• Infection control practices

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Time management

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Dental Assistant Certification from a recognized body

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in orthodontics or oral surgery: Hands-on experience in assisting with specialized dental procedures.
• Bilingual skills in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate with a diverse patient base.
