Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Advisor with extensive knowledge of corporate law to join our Johannesburg office. This role requires someone who can navigate complex legal challenges and provide sound legal advice to our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with our legal team to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal contact for internal teams and external clients.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
• Advise on risk management strategies and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct audits of legal compliance processes.
• Stay updated on legal trends affecting the industry.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• MBA or similar is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory within the corporate sector
