Job Description

We are in search of a Supply Chain Coordinator to lead and streamline our logistics operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will excel at managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain efficiencies.
• Optimize transportation and freight costs.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers.
• Assist in the development of supply chain policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to streamline operations.
• Ensure timely reporting of inventory discrepancies.
• Participate in cross-functional team projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management

• ERP Systems

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
