The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. Experience in retail management is crucial, as is a strong passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the retail floor.
• Lead team meetings to encourage sales and service excellence.
• Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
• Manage budgets and control operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive team environment and encourage feedback.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail management or supervisory role
