Job Description

We are currently in search of a Retail Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at our Cape Town branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. Experience in retail management is crucial, as is a strong passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the retail floor.
  • Lead team meetings to encourage sales and service excellence.
  • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and control operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive team environment and encourage feedback.
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff members.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
