E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations in Durban. In this role, you will drive sales growth by developing and implementing innovative e-commerce strategies tailored to market trends and consumer insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, from site management to customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
• Implement analytics tools to measure the performance of online campaigns and product listings.
• Train and mentor the e-commerce team to cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools that can enhance online sales.
• Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues affecting e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
