As an Investment Banker, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and financial strategies. You will work closely with corporate clients to structure transactions and communicate key insights that drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of mergers and acquisitions with various stakeholders.
• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities for clients.
• Facilitate discussions between clients and potential investors.
• Draft on-going finance reports and portfolio analyses for clients.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Master's degree in Finance is an advantage

Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in investment banking
