Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement within our manufacturing processes. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to elevate our operational efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in manufacturing processes and propose solutions.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and process re-engineering.
• Prepare and maintain engineering project documentation.
• Assess and recommend tools and equipment for optimization.
• Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to recommend strategies for performance improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers for materials and equipment during project development.
• Manage workflows to enhance productivity across departments.
• Facilitate training and workshops on process improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering

Certifications
