We are seeking a qualified and experienced Geothermal Operating Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of geothermal power plants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Implement efficiency improvement measures based on data analysis.
• Train operational staff in best practices and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and standards for continual improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Professional Engineering License preferred
• Postgraduate degree in Energy or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in geothermal energy operations

Technical Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of geothermal power generation systems
• Ability to operate and maintain related software platforms

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications

• HSE certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with PLC and SCADA systems: Experience working with control systems used in geothermal plant management.
