You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring systems run smoothly, and delivering solutions promptly. Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent technical support to users, ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
  • Analyze support trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for user inquiries.
  • Develop and document best practices for support procedures.
  • Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to better understand their needs.
  • Manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Other relevant IT certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
