Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. A successful Logistics Associate will show strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics and transportation needs.
  • Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with local laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate logistics performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with team members and external partners.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.
  • Develop training programs for new logistics staff members.
  • Monitor logistics budgets and control costs.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Logistics Manager in daily operational tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Logistics or related field
Experience
  • Experience with customs regulations and international trade is advantageous.
