• Supervise all hotel departments to guarantee seamless operations.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance regularly.
• Create budgets and forecasts for operational efficiency.
• Manage guest relations to cultivate repeat business.
• Ensure the hotel’s adherence to brand standards.
• Lead staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Analyze market trends to align hotel offerings.
• Develop training programs for staff development.
• Build positive relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Assess financial reports to inform operational decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Budget Management Experienced in managing hotel budgets and financial performance.
• Staff Training Expert in training and developing hotel staff.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Communication Excellent communication skills for guest interactions.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Familiarity with hospitality software: Experience using hotel management systems for operations.
• Fluency in additional languages: Ability to communicate in multiple languages to cater to international guests.
