Job Description

As a Boardinghouse Keeper, you will oversee the daily operations of our boardinghouses, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our guests. You will be the face of our hospitality team, delivering exceptional customer service and leading a dedicated staff to cater to all our residents' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of guest service, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and guest interactions.
  • Create staff schedules and manage employee performance.
  • Promote the boardinghouse and improve guest satisfaction through regular feedback collection.
  • Coordinate maintenance work with external contractors when necessary.
  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality management or guest services

  • Property Management Software

Certifications
  • Hospitality Management certification

Languages
