Job Description

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online content and improving our rankings on search engines. You will work closely with content and marketing teams to implement effective SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and images for search engines.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics and analytics.
• Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies including link building.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and search engine algorithms.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure best practices are followed.
• Perform website audits and recommend changes to improve SEO.
• Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Provide training and guidance to junior SEO team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
