SEO Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online content and improving our rankings on search engines. You will work closely with content and marketing teams to implement effective SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings.
• Use SEO tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure SEO compliance with website updates.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform strategy and performance.
• Train team members on SEO best practices and trends.
• Create detailed reports on SEO performance for stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external SEO vendors and consultants.
• Advocate for SEO best practices across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
