Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and network support to clients.
• Manage hardware and software audits to ensure compliance and security.
• Offer excellent customer service while providing technical support.
• Ensure backups are completed and data integrity is maintained.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Diploma or Certificate in Computer Hardware/Networking or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in computer hardware repairs and maintenance.
