Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management methodologies, leading teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and plan projects, setting clear objectives and expectations.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Prepare regular project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Address any issues impacting project timelines or quality.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements.
  • Lead post-project evaluations to identify success factors.
  • Maintain project documentation for future reference.
  • Identify opportunities for future projects and client engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is preferred
Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience managing projects
