Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Event Planner to help us craft unforgettable experiences for our clients. This role involves working collaboratively with a team, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the event lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Create detailed project plans and timelines for each event.
  • Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers.
  • Oversee event setup, ensuring all elements align with the client’s expectations.
  • Coordinate with catering, entertainment, and décor services.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Address any issues that arise during the event, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Gather feedback post-event to improve future events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
