Job Description

We are seeking a creative and organized Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ensuring that every detail is perfect and that clients are satisfied with the overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Design unique event concepts and themes that align with client goals.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative ideas.
• Manage budgets and ensure all events are delivered within financial constraints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior staff members in event planning best practices.
• Engage in marketing efforts to promote upcoming events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
• Additional certifications in project management are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume event planning.

• Event Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Sustainable Event Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
