We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg office. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and matching talent with opportunities while building strong relationships with clients. A proactive approach and passion for people are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the roles and the required skill sets.
• Maintain a high level of communication with candidates during the recruitment process.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tools effectively to track candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the tech industry
