Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives in Sandton. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement to align with our corporate goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver HR policies and programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Post-graduate qualification in HR Management is preferred
