Pool Attendant

Job Description

As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean pool environment for our guests. You'll monitor activities, enforce safety rules, and provide top-notch customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
• Conduct regular checks of pool water quality and chemical balance.
• Assist guests with any pool-related inquiries and provide support.
• Participate in emergency drills and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance and safety checks.
• Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience at the pool.
• Enforce pool rules to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in pool management or maintenance is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Pool maintenance skills

Certifications

• Lifeguard Certification
• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
